Social Media marketing executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management

   • Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

   • Collaborate with the design team for product shoots, festival campaigns, and promotional creatives.

   • Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards.

2. Social Media Strategy

   • Create monthly social media calendars aligned with product launches, festivals, and campaigns.

   • Plan and execute paid promotion campaigns to increase visibility and followers.

3. Community Management

   • Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and feedback on social media platforms.

   • Maintain a positive brand image through professional and timely communication.

4. Performance & Analytics

   • Track and analyze key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI).

   • Prepare monthly reports highlighting performance insights and improvement plans.

5. Campaign Execution

   • Coordinate influencer collaborations, contests, and giveaways.

   • Assist in executing marketing campaigns for special occasions, festivals, and new product launches.

6. Digital Marketing Support

   • Work with the team for Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing as needed.

   • Support online order promotions and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms.

• Creative mindset with attention to visual details and trends.

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

• Basic knowledge of photography, video editing, and Canva/Photoshop preferred.
