Job Opening: AC TechnicianCompany Name: Mech Skillz Engineering Solutions Private LimitedWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated AC Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of cooling appliances.Salary:In-hand salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives.Key Responsibilities:Inspect, diagnose, and repair air conditioners, refrigerators, and related cooling systems.Installation and uninstallation of AC units as per customer requirements.Gas charging/refilling and checking cooling performance.Carry out routine preventive maintenance and servicing.Attend service calls and resolve customer complaints promptly.Work on Cassette AC, Split AC, Window AC, and Ductable AC systems.Job Requirements:Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard.Experience required: 0.5 to 6+ years in AC servicing and maintenance.Must have knowledge of electrical wiring, gas filling, and basic troubleshooting.Ability to work independently and handle field service jobs efficiently.Location: As per company project/service locations.
