We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our company’s online presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, implementing campaigns, analyzing performance, and growing our digital audience across various social media platforms.

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.

• Plan a monthly content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).

2. Content Creation & Management

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, infographics).

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team for creatives.

• Manage paid campaigns & boost ads when required.

3. Community Engagement

• Respond to comments, queries, and messages in a professional manner.

• Build an online community and increase brand awareness.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, followers, leads).

• Prepare monthly performance reports with improvement suggestions.

5. Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Suggest innovative campaigns to enhance digital presence.

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive.

• Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
