Job Description

The Helper will assist in production, packing, material handling, and housekeeping activities to support smooth manufacturing operations as per company and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist machine operators and production staff in daily activities
Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
Packing and labeling of medical devices as per instructions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
Follow SOPs and company safety guidelines
Support store activities (material shifting, stacking, inventory help)
Report any machine or material issues to supervisor
Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of factory work
Physically fit and able to lift materials
Ability to follow instructions
Teamwork and discipline
Basic knowledge of safety practices
