Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing:

  • Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Create reels, shorts, and high-retention social clips with hooks, captions, and effects that stop the scroll.

  • Manage post-production workflow: color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and thumbnails.

• Content Creation:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video/photo content aligned with campaign goals.

  • Develop creative storylines and visual concepts for brand storytelling.

  • Repurpose content across platforms for maximum engagement.

• Social Media Management:

  • Manage day-to-day social posting and community engagement.

  • Track analytics and performance metrics — optimize for reach, retention, and ROI.

  • Stay on top of trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

• Strategy & Branding:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns.

  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.

  • Bring data-driven insights and creative ideas to grow audience engagement.
