We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Operations Executive to manage daily logistics activities, coordinate shipments, handle customer communication, and maintain accurate records. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth supply chain operations and great customer experience.
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding shipments, delivery status, and order updates
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Coordinate with clients for pickup, delivery schedules
Plan, track, and manage shipments
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues
Enter shipment, order, and customer data accurately into systems
Maintain logistics records, invoices, PODs, and delivery documents
Update trackers, reports, and internal dashboards regularly
Assist with inventory tracking and stock movement records
Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports
Optimize routes and processes for efficiency
