Role Overview

You’ll be the creative spark behind our brand, blending fresh marketing strategies with eye‑catching Canva designs to boost online engagement, drive foot traffic, and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Planning & Execution: Craft seasonal promotions, social‑media ads, and email newsletters that showcase our bouquets and events.

- Canva Design Lead: Produce graphics, Instagram stories, flyers, and branding assets using Canva’s templates; maintain a consistent visual style across all channels 

- Content Creation: Write copy, schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics to refine messaging.

- Market Research: Track floral trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform future campaigns.

- Collaboration: Work with the florist team to translate product ideas into visual concepts and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

- Reporting: Generate weekly performance reports and present insights to the leadership team  ².

Desired Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role, preferably in retail or a floral business.

- Excellent copywriting, communication, and project‑management abilities.

- Familiarity with social‑media platforms, email‑marketing tools, and basic analytics.

- Creative mindset, keen eye for aesthetics, and ability to translate brand voice into visuals.
