Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Manage daily posts, reels, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram

• Create engaging student-focused content (exam tips, testimonials, results, class highlights)

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads

Content & Campaign Management

• Prepare monthly content calendars (course launches, test series, results)

• Coordinate with faculty to convert academic content into marketing creatives/videos

• Promote workshops, webinars, demo classes, and topper talks

SEO & Website Management

• Optimize website content for search engines (keywords: NEET PG, INICET, NEXT PG)

• Write SEO-friendly blogs (exam strategies, preparation tips, success stories)

• Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console

Lead Generation & Conversion

• Run lead generation campaigns and manage the conversion funnel

• Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

• Retarget prospective students who have shown interest

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly reports on ad performance, engagement, and lead quality

• Track ROI of campaigns

• Suggest innovative strategies to increase admissions

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and Google Analytics

• Social media marketing (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Telegram engagement)

• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Premiere Pro

  • Familiarity with Email & WhatsApp marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, WA Broadcast)

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
