To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for Casagrand residential projects, improve brand visibility, and drive site visits and bookings.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube & LinkedIn
• Lead generation for residential projects (apartments, villas, plotted developments)
• Optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROI on marketing spends
• Manage project-wise landing pages and lead funnels
• Coordinate with CRM/sales team for lead tracking and conversion
• Run remarketing and audience segmentation campaigns
• SEO & local SEO for project and brand visibility
• Content planning for social media, blogs, and email campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Vendor/agency coordination for creatives and media buying
