Qualification : Degree + Preferred if done course in Digital Marketing | Experience : 2-7 Years in Digital Marketing/Social Media/Graphics Design
Location: Hennur | Work From Office/Hybrid | 9.30 am - 6 pm | Salary : 30-40 K | Candidates around Hennur/Horamavu Preferred
Job Description
1. Graphic Design
- Design clean, on-brand creatives for social media (static posts, carousels, reels covers, stories)
- Create marketing collateral: packaging mockups, flyers, labels, event banners, PDF guides, presentations, etc.
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, print, emailers, etc.)
- Work with brand fonts, color palettes & storytelling style | Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Canva templates & export production-ready files for printing or online use
2. Social Media Management
- Knowledge of Search Engine, SEO, Internet Marketing Trends | Use Email Marketing, Newsletters, Infographics
- Contribute to Website Development, Creative Designs and Automation | Plan & schedule monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Draft captions that align with our brand voice - warm, knowledgeable, and emotionally resonant with dog parents.
- Upload and schedule posts, stories, and reels using Meta tools or manual posting.
- Coordinate with the founder for campaign rollouts, product launches, collaborations, etc.
- Engage with the community (DMs, comments, basic replies) to maintain brand presence.
3. Skills Appreciated/preferred - Video editing, Product photography/working with photographers, Ads creatives (for Meta / Google ads), Interest in Pet Health or Holistic Wellness (PLUS)
Additional Qualities
- Strong design sense with attention to detail |Ability to take initiative and work independently & with small, hands-on team
- Previous experience in managing social media for brands (preferably in D2C, lifestyle, or wellness sectors)
- Good communication and time management skills
