We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience running and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon Ads, etc.) for ecommerce brands.

We want someone who can demonstrate the exact strategies used, the challenges handled, and the revenue outcomes achieved.
Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, optimize, and scale cross-platform ecommerce ad campaigns.
Manage full-funnel performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid channels.
Set up conversion tracking, pixel events, custom audiences, retargeting funnels, and attribution models.
Analyse data and provide revenue-focused insights to improve ROAS, CAC, LTV, and overall profitability.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to produce winning creative assets for ads.
Manage monthly ad budgets and ensure optimal spending to hit growth targets.
Prepare weekly performance reports with clear results, learnings, and next steps.
Required Experience Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce paid advertising campaigns.
Proven track record of achieving measurable results (ROAS growth, revenue increase, CAC reduction, etc.).
Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels, CRO, remarketing, and customer segmentation.
Ability to work with tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify/WordPress analytics, attribution tools, and marketing automation.
Experience managing budgets of ₹1L–₹10L+ per month (or equivalent in USD).
