We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Mardamed Healthcare Private Limited to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 and a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Run ads on Google, Facebook, etc.
Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.
Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.
Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.
Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.
Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies.
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
• Leverage AI tools / LLMs (ChatGPT, content automation tools) for content creation and campaign optimization
• Plan and execute on-ground marketing activations and partnerships
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor campaign performance and generate marketing MIS reports
• Manage brand positioning, local outreach, and hospital visibility initiatives
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
