Role Purpose
To ensure Gatti Chutney’s brand presence—online and offline—stays sharp, consistent, and visible, while assisting the founder directly in all brand-building, marketing, and promotional activities.
This role blends marketing execution + coordination + founder assistance — perfect for someone who loves to take ownership and make things happen. Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Brand Coordination
Coordinate with the social media agency and internal team to ensure posts, reels, and campaigns go live on time.
Review content (caption, visuals, tonality) before posting — ensure it reflects the Gatti Chutney brand voice.
Respond to all comments, DMs, and messages on Instagram, Facebook, and Google professionally and promptly.
Track daily performance and engagement — suggest trends or improvements.
Ads & Online Growth
Manage boosting of posts and reels on Meta (Instagram + Facebook).
Learn and assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ads campaigns.
Share weekly reports on spend vs. engagement and performance insights.
Digital Presence & Review Management
Maintain accuracy and updates across all online platforms — Google, LinkedIn, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
Reply to guest reviews in brand tone and highlight feedback internally when needed.
Post photos, offers, and events regularly on Google Business page.
Influencer & UGC Collaboration
Identify and collaborate with Pune-based micro and UGC influencers for brand promotions.
Coordinate shoot schedules, sampling, and reposting of influencer content.
Maintain influencer database and monthly reporting.
Offline Events & Brand Activations
Research and connect with organizers of local food fests, flea markets, or college events for Gatti stalls.
Coordinate with vendors for branding materials, menu boards, standees, and stall setup.
Work with the social media team to ensure every event has proper coverage and storytelling.
Founder Assistance
Assist the founder in marketing coordination, vendor follow-ups, and execution timelines.
Maintain marketing calendars, ensure accountability from agencies, and track progress.
Support with meeting notes, reminders, and special brand projects.

Requirements
Graduate (Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business preferred).
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or brand management.
Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Canva (basic).
Bonus: Experience handling influencer tie-ups or offline event coordination.
Workplace: Koregaon Park, Pune (Monday–Saturday)
