Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join the HyperScale team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, pitching services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database
Explain and promote HyperScale products/services clearly and confidently
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Good negotiation and closing abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales
Fluency in English
