Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver products to customers at designated locations within the given time frame.

• Verify delivery details and ensure correct items are handed over.

• Collect payments or obtain customer signatures when required.

• Handle products carefully and ensure no damage during transit.

• Maintain delivery vehicle/bike cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.

• Follow all traffic rules and company safety standards.

• Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, or restaurant personnel for efficient deliveries.

• Provide polite and professional customer service during every interaction.

• Maintain delivery logs and submit necessary reports.
