Job Summary:
The Store Incharge (SI) will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and adherence to pharmaceutical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Monitor stock movement and ensure timely replenishment
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
Ensure proper storage conditions as per pharma guidelines
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
Maintain documentation such as GRN, invoices, and stock registers
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate
1–3 years of experience in store/inventory management (pharma preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Package: ₹4,00,000 per annum
Conveyance: ₹500 per kilometer
