Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can lead initiatives, manage teams effectively, and drive impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, hands-on experience across platforms, and the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising, etc.)
Lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity, collaboration, and timely delivery of projects
Develop innovative and creative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics, and make data-driven decisions
Manage and monitor all digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to align marketing efforts
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices
Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with new ideas and channels
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics tools, etc.)
Excellent understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversions, engagement rates, etc.)
Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and unique ideas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) are a plus
Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and teams
