Customer Support Executive – Join the Svastika Team at Wildship Enterprises
At Wildship Enterprises, the parent company of Svastika—a brand that seamlessly blends aesthetics with cultural and spiritual essence—we are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can be the voice of our brand and deliver outstanding service to our valued customers.
What You'll Do:
Respond to Customer Queries:
Handle inbound and outbound emails, messages, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve Issues Efficiently:
Address product-related inquiries, order issues, delivery concerns, and other customer needs with clarity and empathy.
Maintain Customer Records:
Update CRM tools and maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate Internally:
Coordinate with relevant teams (logistics, operations, content, etc.) to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction:
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback to improve service.
Contribute to Improvement:
Share customer insights and suggest improvements in processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Who You Are:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or D2C brands.
Comfortable using email, ticketing platforms, and CRM tools.
Empathetic, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure.
A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).

Work Schedule:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Saturday Structure:
2 Saturdays – Half-day on-site
2 Saturdays – Work From Home (WFH)
