Job Description:

We are hiring a Telecaller / Client Coordinator to handle client communication and schedule meetings. The ideal candidate should have good spoken English, a professional attitude, and basic computer skills.

This is not a sales role – your primary task will be to coordinate meetings and maintain smooth communication between clients and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing or potential clients

• Coordinate and schedule meetings or appointments

• Confirm meeting details via phone, WhatsApp, or email

• Maintain a daily log of calls and meetings scheduled

• Follow up with clients to ensure attendance

• Work closely with internal teams to align schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, Google Calendar, etc.)

• Polite, professional, and organized

• Freshers welcome; experience in calling or coordination is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
