Role Summary

The Relationship Manager – Retail Sales will be the front-facing representative of our premium gifting brand. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, understanding customer needs, and driving sales through personalized gifting solutions.

Location: Sector - 9 , Chandigarh

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a warm, premium service approach

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Handle the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure

• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product availability

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally

• Maintain customer records and capture feedback for service improvement

• Work collaboratively with the team to support store operations
  

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality

• Prior experience in retail or premium gifting preferred (not mandatory)
