About the Role

We seek driven Telecallers to manage outbound calls for the US market. Your role is to generate leads, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving targets.

Location: Remote, India

Work Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Fixed Night Shift)

Work Week: Monday - Friday (Fixed)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses | Uncapped Earnings

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Handle calls to pitch products, generate leads, and resolve customer queries.
Hit Targets: Achieve daily/weekly goals for calls, and lead generation.
Script Adherence: Use scripts flexibly & efficiently to address customer needs and objections.
CRM Management: Accurately log call outcomes, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Collaborate: Share insights with the team and report progress to the Team Leader.

Requirements

1+ Year Experience: Telecalling/telesales in US market sales (outbound + inbound).
Fluent English: Clear, neutral accent with strong persuasion and active listening skills.
Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet/exceed targets in fast-paced environments.
Tech Basics: Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, and remote support software (e.g., AnyDesk).
Night Shift Ready: Comfortable working 7 PM – 4 AM IST.
