About the role:
The Area Sales Manager will play a key front-line role in driving Fitelo’s growth by building and nurturing
strong relationships with doctors across the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a proactive,
field-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is motivated by
making a real impact in healthcare accessibility.
Specifically, this role will involve:
● Onboarding new doctors within the assigned territory
● Retaining onboarded doctors and building long-term professional relationships
● Managing and taking complete ownership of the assigned territory
● Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors
● Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and in-clinic (OPD) camps
● Making 6–7 field visits daily and engaging with a minimum of 5–6 doctors per day
● Attempting outreach to 10–12 doctors daily to meet conversion targets
● Representing Fitelo professionally in front of doctors and healthcare partners
● Working closely with internal teams to support business development goals
Ideal candidate will have:
● 1–3 years of experience in doctor or patient onboarding (gynecology background preferred)
● Mandatory field sales experience
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● High energy, resilience, and comfort working in a high-grow
● Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory
● A valid driving license, access to a two-wheeler, and an Android smartphone
● A proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
