Senior Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Tele Sales + Operation Executive to join our team at Aarkia Holidays. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 10,000 to 20,000 in-hand salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Calls:

  Conduct domestic B2B/B2C calls to potential customers to present and explain products or services. 

• Customer Needs Analysis:

  Understand and identify customer needs to recommend suitable products or services. 

• Lead Generation and Management:

  Generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales. 

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and goals. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services to effectively inform customers. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and purchases in the CRM system. 

• Customer Service:

  Handle customer inquiries, resolve any concerns, and provide professional support.

• Persuasion and Negotiation: The ability to persuade customers to make a purchase and negotiate deals.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is minimum 12th (HSC) & above. 1 year minimum & maximum 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days during the day shift only.
