The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits.Responsibilities:Call potential customers from provided data.Explain project details and property information.Generate leads and fix appointments for site visits.Follow up with interested clients.Maintain daily call records and update customer details.Requirements:Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling or real estate.Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or Marathi).Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus.Ability to convince and handle customers.Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives.
