Sales Executive (Real Estate Developer)

1. Lead Sourcing

   • Identify potential buyers, investors, and channel partners through various online and offline sources.

   • Build and maintain a database of leads from property portals, referrals, walk-ins, and networking events.

2. Client Interaction & Calling

   • Make outbound calls to prospects to understand their property requirements and investment preferences.

   • Present project details, features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.

   • Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.

3. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure

   • Follow up consistently with interested leads and convert them into site visits and bookings.

   • Negotiate payment terms and finalize deals in coordination with senior management.

   • Ensure all documentation, booking forms, and payment processes are completed accurately.

4. Relationship Management

   • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.

   • Generate repeat and referral business through excellent client service and communication.
