Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Maintain and update customer databases accurately
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order tracking and delivery status
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Assist in preparing quotations, sales reports, and other documentation
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in tele calling or sales coordination (preferably in a B2B environment)
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
