Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented (Female) Telecaller to join our healthcare team specializing in Nutraceuticals, Vitamin Supplements & Gut Microbiome Testing. The Telecaller will be responsible for educating customers about our diagnostic services, assisting in product selection, scheduling tests, and supporting customers throughout their wellness journey. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, should be very proficient especially in speaking English, an interest in health and nutrition & the ability to explain scientific concepts in simple terms.

Key Responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Gut Microbiome testing and wellness products.
Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information on tests, nutraceuticals, vitamins, and supplements.
Educate customers on gut health, the benefits of microbiome testing, and how nutraceuticals support overall wellness.
Assist customers in booking microbiome test kits, understanding sample collection procedures, and tracking their reports.
Recommend suitable vitamins, supplements, and nutraceutical solutions based on customer needs (non-diagnostic guidance).
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
