Position: Loan Services Executive
Location: Work From Home
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Industry: Personal Loans | Business Loans | Credit Card | LAP

Key Responsibilities:

Customer calls & WhatsApp handling
Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Credit Card)
Collect KYC & required documents
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing
Maintain daily leads & application status
Provide after-sales support to customers

Required Skills:

Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of loans & finance (training provided)
Smartphone + Internet connection
Ability to manage leads & follow-ups
Self-motivated and target-oriented

Minimum 12th pass
