Job Description: Property Presenter CompanLocation: Mumbai Working Time: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month Role Overview: looking for a confident and presentable Property Presenter who can showcase properties to clients, explain features clearly, and assist in closing deals. The role requires strong communication skills and a professional approach while interacting with clients. Key Responsibilities: Present residential and/or commercial properties to prospective clients Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and location benefits Coordinate site visits and client appointments Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties Maintain follow-ups with interested clients Assist the sales team in deal closures Ensure a positive and professional client experience Eligibility Criteria: Good communication and presentation skills Pleasing personality and professional appearance Basic understanding of real estate preferred Ability to handle clients confidently Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage Skills Required: Client handling Communication & negotiation Property presentation Relationship building
