International Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring for an International Voice Process in Malad, Mumbai. The role involves interacting with international customers over calls to resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent English communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, or technical issues.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently within defined timelines.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

• Document customer interactions and maintain call records in the system.

• Follow company guidelines and meet performance metrics (quality, resolution rate, call handling time).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.

• Education: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply (BPO experience preferred).
