International Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirement

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.6 - 4 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Rotational shift. Age upto 50 years. Location is Powai, Mumbai.

Slab 1 (0 to 6 months experience): ₹28,000/- Gross (₹24,920/- net take-home)

Slab 2 (6 months to 12 months experience): ₹32,750/- Gross (₹29,670/- net take-home)

Slab 3 (12 months to 18 months experience): ₹35,000/- Gross (₹31,920/- net take-home)

Slab 4 (18 months to 30 months experience): ₹37,500/- Gross (₹34,420/- net take-home)

Slab 5 (30 months to 42 months experience): ₹40,000/- Gross (₹36,920/- net take-home)

Slab 6 (42 months and above experience): ₹45,000/- Gross (₹41,920/- net take-home)
