✅ Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls efficiently
✅ Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer queries
✅ Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
✅ Follow call quality standards and achieve performance KPIs
✅ Update CRM tools and ensure proper documentation of each interaction
✅ Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery


💼 Position Details:
🔹 Role: Customer Service – International Voice (Blended Process)
🔹 Experience: Minimum 6 months in an International Voice Process
🔹 Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
🔹 Work Days: 5 Days a Week (1 Rotational & Sunday fixed Off)
🔹 Shift Window: Between 5:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Any 9-hour shift)
