We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in the international process and excellent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for international clients
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products/services
Maintain high-quality communication standards with international customers
Update customer records and maintain proper documentation
Meet daily and monthly performance metrics such as CSAT, TAT, and quality scores
Follow company policies and international compliance standards
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company norms)
