🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound voice calls from customers related to Lime Home services

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

• Follow company policies and process guidelines

• Document customer interactions and update records accurately

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate / Any Graduate

• Excellent English Communication Skills (Mandatory)

• Minimum 6 months BPO experience in Hospitality background (Mandatory)

• Experience in international voice processes preferred

🌟 Preferred Candidates From:

Candidates with prior experience in hospitality or travel processes such as:

• MakeMyTrip

• Airbnb

• Hilton (TP Process)

💰 Salary Package:

• CTC: Up to ₹32,000 per month

🕒 Shift & Working Days:

• 5.5 days working

• Rotational shifts & rotational weekly offs

🚕 Transport Facility:

• Cab facility in odd hours for female employees

• Cab allowance of ₹180 per day for male employees
