Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International BPO)

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months (International BPO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with at least 6 months of experience in an International BPO. The candidate must have fluent English communication skills and the ability to handle international customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from international customers.

• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Follow company processes and quality standards.

• Update customer information and maintain proper records in the system.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Required Skills:

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts (if applicable).

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
