• Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector

• Minimum 2 years of email process experience in any BPO/KPO

Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 (In-hand)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Email Process Executives for a reputed financial client in Chandivali, Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to email support in the BPO sector along with hands-on experience in banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and service requests via email in a timely and professional manner

• Handle high volumes of email interactions efficiently while maintaining quality standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality parameters

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer communication

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

• 1+ year of experience in BFSI domain

• 2+ years of experience in email process in a BPO or customer support environment

• Excellent written English communication skills

• Proficient in email etiquette, MS Office tools, and CRM platforms

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high accuracy

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs
