Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to customer inquiries via Call.
Provide accurate product information and resolve issues.
Identify and escalate complex issues for resolution.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong typing and multitasking abilities.

Working Days- 5 days /week , 2 days rotational week off.
