Job Description 2: SBI – Mutual Fund (Email & Inbound Process)

Process: SBI – Mutual Fund (Blended: Email + Inbound)
Openings: Email – 5 | Inbound – 15
Location: Startek, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via email and inbound calls.
Provide accurate and timely information about SBI Mutual Fund products.
Ensure quality customer service and documentation accuracy.
Maintain SLAs and process compliance.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO email or blended process experience.
Communication Skills: Decent English communication; Versant score 3.
Shift Timing: 8 AM – 8 PM (any 9-hour shift window).
Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹18,000 In-Hand / ₹22,000 CTC per month.

Additional Details:

Date of Joining: 24th November 2025.
Note: NISM certification is mandatory under the same conditions as above.
