We are Hiring – Customer Support Executive(Voice Process)(Malad Location)We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive at our Malad ( Mumbai) office across multiple active processes.Location:Malad, MumbaiRole:Customer Support ExecutiveSalary Range:₹17,000 – ₹37,000 per month (depending on interview performance, process, and experience)Benefits:Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) providedCab facility available for night shifts (if the employee’s residence is 15 km from the office)Active Shifts Available:06:00 PM – 06:00 AM11:00 PM – 02:00 PM24×7 Rotational ShiftsDay and Night Shifts also availableQualification Required:Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)Freshers are welcome for certain processesMinimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred for specific rolesLanguage Requirements:Good to excellent English communication skills (average communication acceptable for specific processes)Fluency in Hindi is mandatoryNote: Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
