• Manage inbound queries from Airbnb customers via call
• Deliver accurate information and effective resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality standards, compliance, and process performance metrics.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism while handling customers.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate (Fresher) OR Graduate with minimum 6 months of BPO experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.

• Shift Timing: Night Shifts (rotational)
• Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs

• In-Hand Salary: ₹28,000 to ₹35,000 approx.)
