Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Location: Pune (Kharadi)
Work Mode: Onsite | Walk-in Interview Required

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an outbound process. The candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and guide customers on products and services.

  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.

  • Maintain call logs and escalate complex cases when needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Fluent in English and Hindi (no MTI/RTI).

  • Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 CTC (based on experience)
