Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on a B2C model with a strong emphasis on individual CXO clients. This role requires an exceptional communicator and strategist who is adept at working closely with high-level executives, ensuring that all aspects of our service delivery meet the highest standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
CXO Client Engagement:
Develop and nurture relationships with CXO clients, understanding their unique profiles and needs.
Act as a trusted advisor, consistently providing updates and progress reports.
Service Delivery Management:
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of service deliveries, ensuring they align with client expectations and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee that all deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered punctually.
Communication Excellence:
Facilitate clear, concise, and effective communication channels with clients.
Tailor communication style to suit the high-level and sophisticated nature of CXO clients.
Strategic Consultation:
Offer insights and advice based on a deep understanding of each client’s sector, challenges, and objectives.
Contribute to the strategic direction of services, enhancing client satisfaction and engagement.
Feedback and Resolution:
Systematically gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Escalation Management:
Handle escalations efficiently, ensuring quick resolution while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar role within a B2C environment.
Demonstrable experience managing CXO level clients.
Superb communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of customer relationship management and service delivery.
Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to create and execute client success plans.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar role within a B2C environment.
Demonstrable experience managing CXO level clients.
