Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow communication scripts and quality guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company standards and processes
