Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and experienced candidates to join the International Voice Process team at Tech Mahindra, Yerwada. The role involves handling international customer queries efficiently and providing high-quality service. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls for international clients (US/UK/Aus) and resolve customer queries professionally.

Problem Solving: Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide effective solutions.

Communication: Maintain high-quality communication standards and ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores are met.

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and process details in the CRM.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) / Undergraduates / Graduates.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English (fluency and neutral accent).

Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).

Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude.
