Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a fluent Chinese Speaker to support business communication, client coordination, and internal operations involving Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong language proficiency along with excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate smooth interaction between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) with clients, partners, and internal teams

• Translate and interpret business communications, emails, documents, and meetings

• Coordinate with international clients and stakeholders to support ongoing projects

• Assist sales, operations, or management teams in handling China-based or Chinese-speaking clients

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive information

• Support cross-cultural communication and ensure clarity in all interactions

• Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-ups as required

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Good command of English

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (language-related qualifications preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in translation, client handling, or international coordination is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with international clients

• Understanding of Chinese business etiquette and culture

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, or business communication platforms
