Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹21,000 CTC (Performance-based with incentives)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Telemarketing Sales Executives (both male and female candidates) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client interaction, and achieving performance-driven results. As a Telemarketing Sales Executive, you will engage with potential customers over calls, promote products and services, and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.

  • Explain product benefits, features, and offers clearly in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

  • Identify customer needs, answer queries, and persuade them to make purchases.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM tools.

  • Follow up with interested leads to close deals.

  • Provide timely feedback to the manager regarding customer requirements and challenges.

  • Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and process improvements.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Age Limit: Below 30 years.

  • Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass), graduates preferred.

  • Freshers: Eligible with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Experienced: Compensation will be based on previous CTC.

  • Interview Process: 3 rounds – Assessment Test, HR Interview, Manager Interview.

Compensation & Benefits

  • First 3 months: ₹16,000 CTC (₹12,000 Take Home).

  • 4th month: ₹21,000 CTC (₹17,000 Take Home).

  • 5th month onwards: ₹12,000 Retention Bonus in addition to salary.

  • Incentives: Performance-based, uncapped earning potential.

  • Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday off.

  • Growth Opportunities: Structured performance-based progression.
