Job Description – BPO Executive

Position: BPO Executive (Voice / Non-Voice)
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information about company services
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Maintain call logs and update customer details in the system
Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: SSC / Inter / Degree and above
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email)
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Formal wear compulsory for interview
Required documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Educational Certificates (Xerox)
Immediate joiners preferred
