Job Description

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle client queries, provide information about legal services, and ensure excellent client experience through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients professionally
Understand client requirements and explain relevant legal services
Register client queries and coordinate with internal legal teams
Provide updates to clients on case status or documentation
Resolve client concerns and escalate complex issues when required
Maintain accurate client records and call logs
Follow up with clients for pending documents or payments
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi+ local language preferred)
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of customer handling and CRM tools
Ability to handle clients calmly and professionally
Willingness to learn legal processes and terminology
Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Preferred Skills

Experience in customer support / BPO / service industry
Prior exposure to legal or financial services is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)

Working Hours

6 days working
9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
