Customer Care Executive – Chat Support (Dyson Process)

🧩 Eligibility & Requirements

• Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates

• Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible

• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs

• No leaves allowed for the first 3 months

• Cab facility provided only for female employees (for shifts between 9 PM – 6 AM)

💰 Salary Structure

Fresher: ₹28,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI

Experience (Min. 1 year): ₹29,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Must have strong grammar and no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)

• Confident in handling chat-based customer interactions

⏰ Work Schedule

Shift Duration: 9.5 hours (including 1-hour break)

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Shift Type: 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational week offs
