We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team US Healthcare (Inbound Voice) to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support, and resolve queries related to US Healthcare industry. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of Rs.15,000–Rs.19,000 per month and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound voice calls from U.S. Healthcare service/customers — no sales, no targets.
• Resolve queries professionally and accurately, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Listen actively, empathize, and provide clear, personalized support.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass; Graduation or Diploma is a plus. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with Monday to Friday workweek in a Night Shift aligned with U.S. time zones, Fixed weekends – Saturday & Sunday off.
